At ChuranCo, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, we’re here to help with our easy returns and refund process.


1. Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Items must also be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including any perishable goods, gift cards, and products marked as final sale.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@churanco.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide further instructions and a return address.

2. Refunds

  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if an item is returned damaged or missing parts not due to our error).
  • Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a ChuranCo error (e.g., incorrect or defective item shipped).

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@churanco.com with details and a photo of the damage (if applicable).

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: For returns due to personal preference, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Company Responsibility: If the return is due to an error on our part (such as incorrect or defective items), ChuranCo will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Tracking: For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card provider, as refunds may take some time to post. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@churanco.com.
